To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site:**Job Description:****POSITION SUMMARY:**The incumbent in this position is responsible for safely handling guests’ and patrons’ vehicles to ensure proper parking, securing, and handling of keys.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:***(These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position)** Display positive and professional attitude and presentation at all times when communicating with guest.* Must be flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays with the understanding days off will fluctuate.* Responsible for the staging of guest vehicle.* Responsible for parking guest vehicle in the parking garage.* Responsible for retrieval of vehicles in a timely manner.* Assists the Valet Supervisor and ensures that breaks and rotations are being followed as scheduled.**NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*** Attend seminars when needed.**EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:***(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)*High School diploma or equivalent required. The skills and abilities necessary for effective performance within this position are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or related experience.**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):*** Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission.* Must successfully pass background check.* Must successfully pass drug screening.* Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.* Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.* Good driver’s record within the last 48 months and cannot have more than 3 points on record.* Must provide a current driving record.* Must be tolerant of moderate to severe weather conditions.**KNOWLEDGE OF:*** Excellent customer service skills.**ABILITY TO:*** Be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.* Communicate effectively with all levels of employees and guests.* Remain calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.* Present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.* Drive and handle cars of all makes and models, and all types (ie.
