Overview

Join Team Atlantis! We are accepting applications for a qualified Bell Person. This role often forms the first and last impression for our guests, making customer service paramount. The Valet Attendant welcomes guests, assists with luggage, and efficiently parks and retrieves vehicles.

Shift: Swing

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
• Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure
• Hold doors open for guests at vehicle and main entrances
• Provide taxi and directional assistance upon request
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the Porte Cochere/Valet Area
• Follow Atlantis Service Standards diligently
• Pay attention to detail when marking and retrieving vehicles
• Check for vehicle damage during arrival and departure
• Support the Bell Desk during busy periods
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical requirements include standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Vision capabilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Alcohol Awareness Card required
• Ability to drive all class "C" vehicles and various types
• Comfortable driving stick/manual shift vehicles
• DMV printout with a clean 3-year record (re-verified regularly)

Note: Must adhere to grooming standards, with no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.
