The Valet Attendant Supr supervises the day-to-day operations of the valet service ensuring that it runs in a safe and efficient manner.
The Valet Attendant Supr provides personal vehicle parking and retrieval services for the parking guests while offering exceptional customer service in a high energy environment. This position maintains expected personal appearance standards.
The Valet Attendant Supr performs all maintenance and cleaning tasks necessary to maintain the parking areas in patient/visitor-ready state.
Licensure, Certification, Or Registration Requirements For Hire
- Possess/maintain a valid, non-restricted driver’s license with a neutral or positive driver point balance.
Licensure, Certification, Or Registration Requirements For Continued Employment
- Valid Virginia Driver’s License and acceptable driver’s record with positive points
Experience REQUIRED
- Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Previous supervisory experience
- Previous experience using a computer and using Microsoft Office application and e-mail/calendaring
Experience PREFERRED
- Previous professional driving experience
- Prior valet experience
Education/training REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Education/training PREFERRED
- Post High School coursework
- Second language
Independent Action(s) Required
- Must be able to work independently within established guidelines.
- Must be able to multi task and follow directions.
Supervisory Responsibilities (if Applicable)
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of the assigned valet staff, ensuring the valet operation assigned runs in a safe and efficient manner.
Additional Position Requirements
- Required to work during inclement weather with day and evening rotations.
- May be required to work some weekends for special events.
