Parking Management Company is seeking a motivated Valet Attendant to provide courteous, efficient valet services and a safe guest experience. You will park and retrieve vehicles, maintain high safety and grooming standards, and support a positive team environment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, proper key-handling, and timely attendance. This is an on-site role requiring excellent customer service and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as

Position Summary

As a Valet Attendant, you are more than just someone who parks cars – you are the first impression and the final goodbye. You create a welcoming, professional experience for every guest from the moment they arrive until they depart. In this role you will safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service with energy, confidence, and attention to detail.

Primary Objective

To provide courteous, efficient, and safe valet services while ensuring the security of all vehicles and maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and hospitality.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Vehicle Inspections: Conduct vehicle damage inspections and document parking locations on claim tickets.
• Safety: Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles while following proper key‑handling procedures and all safety protocols.
• Compliance: Maintain compliance with attendance and time‑keeping policies, including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks and accurately reporting tips.
• Housekeeping: Keep valet areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Customer Service & Teamwork: Handle challenging situations with professionalism, resolve problems promptly, and support colleagues while fostering a positive team environment.
• Attendance and Professionalism: Maintain regular attendance, arrive on time in full uniform, and uphold grooming and safety standards.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform tasks as needed to support operational goals, attend staff meetings, and complete training modules on time.

Competency / Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: An ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; strong customer‑service attitude and willingness to help; professional communication, active listening, and personalized assistance.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED; customer‑service experience preferred. Customer‑service attitude and a willing, helpful demeanor are mandatory.

Certifications & Licenses

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, along with a clean motor‑vehicle record (no more than three moving violations within three years) and a clean background check. No special certifications are necessary.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods, often in varied weather conditions. Professional appearance, uniform, and grooming standards apply. Work may require nights, weekends, and holidays to support guest needs. The environment includes indoor and outdoor parking facilities, noise, moving vehicles, and exposure to the elements.
