Job summary

Ace Parking Management is seeking dependable individuals for our valet and customer service team in Irvine. Compensation ranges from $16.90 to $17.00 per hour plus tips, with opportunities to advance in a fast-paced parking operation.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, explaining parking procedures and fees, assisting with directions, and ensuring the lot is clean and safe. Prior valet or customer service experience is a plus; ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Responsibilities

Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles following company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and securely store keys.
Greet guests warmly and professionally, and explain parking procedures and fees.
Assist customers with questions or concerns and handle issues calmly and professionally.
Maximize revenue by accurately collecting all fees and maintaining lot organization.
