Ace Parking is seeking friendly, dependable staff to join our Irvine-area team as valet/customer service associates. You will greet guests, guide parking procedures, and help with fee explanations while maintaining safety and efficiency in a high-traffic environment.

The role emphasizes attentive service, teamwork, and accurate handling of vehicles and records, with a compensation range of $16.90–$17.00 per hour plus tips. Prior valet or guest-service experience is a plus.

• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
• Effectively communicate parking procedures and fees to guests.
• Assist customers with questions or concerns and handle issues calmly.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maximize revenue by efficiently managing parking spaces and ensuring all fees are collected accurately.
