Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests.
• Fast-paced environment requiring quick, sound decision making.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles requiring normal coordination.
• Ability to move from valet stand to customer cars by walking or running for extended periods.
• Previous valet experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure, including greeting guests, retrieving keys, issuing tickets, and entering customer information.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring proper vehicle placement and accurate tracking.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport and responding to inquiries.
• Direct traffic, maintain safety, and assist with loading/unloading personal items.
• Process valet fees and reconcile end-of-shift revenue.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly for waiting guests and report incidents to supervisors.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
