Job summary

Trailborn Surf & Sound in Wrightsville Beach, NC seeks a Part-Time Valet Attendant to assist guests with arrivals/departures, park and retrieve vehicles, and help with luggage during check-in and out.

The role supports the front drive operations, moves employee vehicles as needed, and collaborates with the Front Office team to ensure a smooth guest experience. Flexible AM/PM shifts and seasonal variation are expected.

Qualifications

• Prior valet, bell, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong guest service skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure and assist with directions.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
• Run luggage to and from guest rooms during check-in/check-out.
• Maintain organized vehicle flow and log vehicle information.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of valet podium and carts.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members and follow safety procedures.
