AAA Parking is seeking friendly, dependable Valet Attendants at Hyatt Regency Atlanta to warmly greet guests, safely park and retrieve vehicles, manage keys with care, and provide attentive service that reflects our high hospitality standards.

This role is in a fast-paced hotel setting, outdoors in varying weather, and requires strong customer service, punctuality, and the ability to stand and move quickly while coordinating with security and event staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Previous valet parking, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests and assist with valet service.
• Safely park, retrieve, and secure guest vehicles and manage keys and tickets.
• Assist guests with luggage and directions around the hotel and campus.
• Maintain safety, report incidents, and coordinate with supervisors.
• Keep carts clean and organized; communicate transportation needs with the team.
