SELIG PARKING is seeking a Full-Time Valet Attendant in Beverly Hills, CA. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and maintain a smooth valet workflow. The role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Prior hospitality or parking experience is preferred. You will be responsible for safety, attending to guest requests, and keeping accurate vehicle transaction records.

Job Purpose:- As a Full-Time Valet Attendant at SELIG PARKING, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing the parking needs of our guests. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all visitors, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our company.Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.- Safely park and retrieve vehicles, maintaining a high standard of care and attention to detail.- Assist guests with luggage and other requests, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.- Maintain an organized and efficient valet area, ensuring the smooth flow of traffic and minimizing wait times.- Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate parking logistics and address any issues promptly.- Uphold SELIG PARKING's standards for safety and security, adhering to all company policies and procedures.- Provide information and directions to guests as needed, showcasing knowledge of the local area and amenities.- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and tact, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.- Maintain accurate records of vehicle transactions and valet tickets, ensuring accountability and transparency.- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and fostering a culture of excellence.Required Education:- High school diploma or equivalent.Required Experience:- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality or parking industry.- Experience in valet parking or a related field is highly desirable.Required Skills and Abilities:- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.- Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles safely.- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods, as well as lift and move heavy items as needed.- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
