Job Purpose:- The PT Valet Attendant at SELIG PARKING is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by efficiently parking and retrieving vehicles for guests. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring a positive first and last impression for visitors at the facility.Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner upon arrival.- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring the security of guests' vehicles at all times.- Maintain a clean and organized valet area, ensuring it is free of hazards and accessible for guests.- Assist guests with their luggage and provide directions or information about the facility and surrounding areas as needed.- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless operations.- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and dress code standards.- Perform routine vehicle inspections to identify any damage or issues and report them to the appropriate personnel.- Maintain accurate records of vehicle transactions and valet tickets.- Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company procedures and improve service delivery.Required Education:- High school diploma or equivalent.Required Experience:- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.- Experience working in a parking or valet service environment is an advantage.Required Skills and Abilities:- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.- Ability to drive and park vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions safely.- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage handling.- Professional appearance and demeanor to represent the company positively.- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.- Basic problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues promptly.
