About the Job:

The Renaissance Hotel in downtown Cincinnati is looking for reliable, high-energy, people-smart team players to join our valet team. You’ll be the first and last impression for our guests — whether they’re here for business, weddings, Reds games, concerts, or weekend getaways.

Job Duties:

• Greet guests with energy, warmth, and professionalism.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles quickly and safely.
• Help with luggage, deliveries, guest requests, and high-profile arrivals.
• Keep the valet area organized, clean, and flowing smoothly.
• Back up front desk or assist other departments when needed.
• Move with urgency, follow instructions, and solve problems on the fly.
• Anticipate guest and team needs — especially when leadership isn’t around.
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old preferred (insurance purposes).
• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record.
• License must be from OH, KY, or IN (within 30 miles).
• Able to walk, jog, and stand for long hours.
• Comfort driving all types of vehicles (stick shift is a huge plus, not required).
• Weekends & holidays required — especially during busy seasons.
