Reimagined Parking is hiring a Valet Parking Attendant for Toscano at Dadeland in Kendall, FL. Pay is $16/hour plus tips, with shifts that vary and may include weekends. You will safely park and retrieve guest vehicles and deliver high-quality customer service.

You will greet guests, issue tickets, and use electronic devices to log information. The role requires courteous interaction, attention to safety, and cooperation with the Operations Manager and team.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests.
• Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles requiring normal coordination, including eye-hand, hand-foot.
• Ability to move from valet stand to customer cars by walking or running for extended periods.
• Previous valet experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).

Aufgaben

• Coordinate full valet service: greeting guests, retrieving keys, issuing tickets, and logging data.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and accurately.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and document findings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist guests as needed.
• Act as a brand ambassador, opening doors and assisting with luggage.
• Maintain vehicle safety and security and coordinate with team and supervisors.
