Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant for Memorial Hermann, Memorial City. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and deliver high‑level customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

The role requires 18+, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and work in the United States. Benefits include PTO, health plans, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States with E‑Verify.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure, greet guests, issue tickets, and enter information.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely, track locations, and document issues.
• Deliver courteous customer service and assist guests with directions and loads.
• Direct traffic, monitor areas, and arrange towing when needed.
• Process valet fees and help reconcile end‑of‑shift revenue.
• Report incidents promptly to management.
