Reimagined Parking is seeking a Valet Driver at Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital. The role includes parking and retrieving guest vehicles, delivering high customer service, and coordinating with the team to ensure safety and efficiency.

The position requires 18+ years of age, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check; shift options include multiple 7a–9:30a windows. E‑Verify confirms eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify participation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage keys and tickets.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Document pre‑existing damage using ticketing systems.
• Provide directions and assistance to guests.
• Open vehicle doors and assist with loading personal items.
• Direct traffic, monitor areas, and arrange towing if needed.
• Process valet fees and reconcile end‑of‑shift revenue.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly for waiting guests.
• Report incidents to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
• Communicate professionally with guests and teammates.
