Job summary

Reimagined Parking is hiring a Valet Attendant for Memorial Hermann Sugarland. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and ensure safe, efficient service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires accurate ticketing, proactive communication, and professional interaction with guests and team members. Responsibilities include handling fees, maintaining vehicle safety, and reporting incidents promptly.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles requiring normal coordination, including eye-hand coordination.
• Must be able to move from valet stand to customer cars for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full valet service process from arrival to departure, including greeting guests and handling tickets.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and accurately.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Deliver courteous customer service and assist guests as needed.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and assist with unloading/loading personal items.
