Job summary

AAA Parking is hiring a Valet Attendant for the J.W. Marriott Midtown Hotel in Atlanta, GA. You will warmly greet guests, assist with doors and luggage, and manage valet tickets and vehicle processing while upholding AAA Parking’s service standards.

You will work the 2nd shift (3:00PM - 11:00PM) with flexible scheduling. A neat, professional appearance and excellent communication skills are essential to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
• Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds).
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Successfully pass a background and driving record check.
• Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome guests, answer questions clearly and professionally, open doors, assist with coats and luggage, share hotel information, help guests with special needs.
• Vehicle Handling: Fill out valet ticket, perform damage check, retrieve and park vehicles quickly, maintain keys securely.
• Appearance and Presentation: Maintain professional appearance and a clean valet area.
• Team Collaboration: Work with hotel staff, coordinate valet operations, assist during busy periods or events.
• Safety and Security: Follow safety protocols, report incidents, perform routine inspections of the valet area and equipment.
• Maintain The AAA’s of Service: Attitude, Appearance, Assistance toward guest service.
