Job summary

AAA Parking is seeking a courteous Valet Attendant for the Hyatt Regency Atlanta. You will greet guests, assist with doors and luggage, and ensure a seamless guest experience as the first and last point of contact.

Maintain a professional appearance, manage vehicle movement, and coordinate with hotel staff during busy periods. Shift is 11:00PM–7:00AM; prior hospitality or high-end guest service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English reading, writing and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
• Must be able to stand 100% of the shift and lift/push/pull light loads.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome guests, answer questions clearly and professionally.
• Vehicle Handling: Fill out valet ticket, retrieve and park vehicles, secure keys.
• Appearance and Presentation: Maintain professional appearance and clean valet area.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with hotel staff and colleagues during busy periods.
• Safety and Security: Follow safety protocols and report incidents promptly.
• AAA’s Service: Maintain positive attitude, professional appearance, and helpfulness.
