Job summary

The Study at Yale is seeking a Valet Attendant to provide genuine hospitality to our guests at The Study, Yale campus area. You will assist with luggage, park cars, greet guests, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time on-site role offering benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Excellent driving record.
• Ability to communicate clearly with hotel departments.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• English proficiency; second language desirable.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload luggage and assist guests with bags.
• Retrieve and park cars safely and courteously.
• Greet guests and provide information about hotel services.
• Open doors and assist guests as needed.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel amenities.
• Maintain security of vehicle keys and report incidents.
