Job summary

The Study at Yale is seeking a Valet Attendant to provide genuine hospitality and top-tier service to guests. The role requires a valid driver’s license, excellent driving record, and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions.

You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and escort guests to rooms while maintaining security and ticketing for vehicles. This on-site position offers flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for full-time

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Has excellent driving record.
• Ability to positively communicate and interact with all hotel departments.
• Flexibility to work any shift including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload luggage from car to luggage carts.
• Retrieve and park cars courteously, timely and safely.
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Hold doors for guests and assist with arrivals.
• Operate automatic and manual transmissions.
• Ensure all cars are ticketed and keys secured.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel services.
