Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Valet Attendant to warmly greet customers, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain a safe, efficient operation at our parking site in Charlotte. You will interact with guests, handle basic transactions, and ensure cars are cared for professionally.

The role offers both full-time and part-time hours with opportunities for daily pay options. We value energetic, reliable individuals who can work with little supervision, communicate clearly, and stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Willingness to work at multiple facility locations.
• Ability to handle challenging and emotional situations.
• Must be able to work unsupervised and make independent decisions.
• Demonstrates sense of urgency and timeliness.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve cars efficiently and greet customers by name.
• Direct traffic to maintain smooth flow with a positive attitude.
• Provide a self-reliant approach when supervision is not available.
