Job summary

Holiday Inn & Suites Green Bay is seeking a Valet Attendant/Bell Person to greet and assist guests, manage luggage, and support front desk operations. You will escort guests, assist with rooms, and explain amenities to ensure a superb stay.

The position emphasizes guest service, professionalism, and teamwork within a busy hotel environment. CPR/First aid awareness is preferred and physical tasks include lifting and long periods on your feet. Training provided on hotel procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; relevant training preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Knowledge of hotel services and local attractions.
• Ability to lift and handle luggage and assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Escort incoming guests to rooms and assist with luggage.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure order and supplies are adequate.
• Explain room features and in-room systems to guests.
• Provide information on hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment options.
• Deliver messages, run errands, and assist with guest requests.
• Transport guests in hotel van as needed and maintain van cleanliness.
• Keep mileage records and report trips to the front desk with time spent.
• Deliver packages and assist with shipments.
• Respond to guest needs promptly and courteously.
