Job Title: Valet Attendant - Capital Hotel, Little Rock, AR

1. Accommodating guests by opening doors and assisting with luggage or other heavy items.
2. Directing traffic in the parking area and assisting guests entering and leaving.
3. Labeling and returning guest keys accurately.
4. Parking vehicles safely in designated areas, following traffic laws.
5. Operating vehicles responsibly.
6. Maintaining cleanliness and order in the lobby, front door, bell stand, and luggage room.

9. Staying updated on in-house groups and events.
10. Issuing luggage tags, storing bags properly, and cross-referencing when necessary.

13. Demonstrating readiness to assist (“Posts up”).
14. Handling guest luggage promptly during busy periods.

17. Delivering guest valet laundry efficiently.
18. Providing directions and local area information accurately.
19. Maintaining a positive attitude and being company-driven.
20. Knowing emergency procedures thoroughly.
21. Completing all checklists and responsibilities by the end of each shift.
