Premium Parking is seeking a Valet Attendant in Buffalo to warmly welcome guests and safely park and retrieve vehicles. You will assist with directions, luggage, and parking-related needs while helping maintain a clean, organized parking area. The role requires quick, friendly service and adherence to safety standards.

Available shifts include M-F 6am-230pm. The position emphasizes exceptional guest experiences and professional presentation in a hospitality-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, including both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
• Assist guests with directions, questions, luggage, and parking-related needs.
• Maintain accurate vehicle information and document pre-existing vehicle damage when required.
• Support smooth traffic flow by directing vehicles and keeping drive lanes clear.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parking environment.
• Assist with special events, high-volume periods, and site-specific operational needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards, equipment issues, or operational concerns.

Qualifications

Required Job Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required
• 3 years of licensed driving experience
• Walk at a brisk pace or jog
• Bending, sitting, and standing repeatedly
• Pulling and pushing, as in opening and closing car doors, consistently for entire shift
• May be required to bend and twist as in getting in and out of a vehicle
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to push up to 100 pounds on a luggage cart
• Exposure to all weather conditions, including but not limited to: rain, cold, heat, and humidity

Preferred

• Must be able to drive and operate a standard and automatic transmission vehicle comfortably
• Previous experience in a related field preferred
• A minimum of 6 months of work experience preferred
