Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 12 months of valet-related experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with valet services.
• Open doors and help with luggage or heavy items.
• Direct traffic and guide guests in parking areas.
• Answer questions about local attractions and hotel amenities.
• Collect and secure guest keys for return.
• Park vehicles in designated areas following safety rules.
• Operate vehicles safely according to policy and laws.
• Maintain organization of paperwork for vehicles and transactions.
• Keep work areas clean and orderly, inside and outside the facility.
• Be prepared to substitute for other positions as needed.
