Job summary

Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort, a historic luxury retreat at the foothills of the Catalina Mountains in Tucson, Arizona, seeks a Part-Time Valet Attendant for weekend shifts to greet guests and provide exceptional service. You will be the primary contact on arrival and departure, recording parking details and helping guests with vehicle retrieval.

Role emphasizes flexible weekend availability, courteous interactions, and safe vehicle handling, including manual transmission.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a clear and current driver’s license report from DMV.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable driving any size and type of vehicle including manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Exercise customer service as their top priority.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
• Serve as a key point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and positive experience.
• Accurately record parking space locations and valet ticket numbers.
• Ensure the customer’s keys and the tickets are placed in the proper location.
• Comfortable driving any size and type of vehicle.
• Comfortable driving a manual transmission.
• Provide claim check as well as instructing the guests about ways to reclaim their vehicle.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles from designated areas.
• Give travel directions as well as information to property events and promotions.
• Encouraging and uplifting attitude.
• Know and obey all traffic regulations.
• Provide courteous, professional, and attentive service to guests while effectively addressing and resolving any service concerns or issues.
• Greet arriving and departing guests, open vehicle doors, and offer assistance as needed.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property including amenities and services.
• Preform on property deliveries such as amenities, flowers, dry-cleaning, etc.
• Provide luggage pick-up and delivery upon guest arrival and departure.
