What Will I Do?

• Park and retrieve cars efficiently and carefully, greeting customers by name and developing rapport.
• Help direct traffic to maintain a smooth flow of cars, always with a smile.
• Work independently when needed, demonstrating a self-reliant attitude.
• Promote excellent customer relations, making guests love LAZ Parking.

You Are:

• Dynamic, charismatic, energetic, and eager to help.
• Dependable and responsible, always reliable.
• A good driver with a clean driving record; able to drive manual transmissions.
• Calm under pressure, able to handle chaotic situations.
• Effective communicator, fluent in English.
• A team player willing to motivate and collaborate.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Experience:

• Customer service experience required.
• Cash handling and parking industry experience preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to drive a manual vehicle.

• Handle challenging and emotionally charged situations.
• Work independently and make firm decisions.

Physical Demands:
