Job Details

  • Compensation: The hourly base pay is $10 per hour plus tips. Actual compensation will be based on skills, experience, education, and location.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time Night shift. Must work weekends.
  • Benefits: Employees may enroll in various insurances and a 401k plan. Eligibility depends on job classification, employment length, and hours worked. Benefits are subject to change.

Summary

The Guest Service Associate provides exceptional hospitality, parking, luggage assistance, and guest inquiries. Responsibilities include greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with directions and amenities, explaining parking rates, and maintaining ticket and vehicle information.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, greet guests, and use guest last names.
  • Park and retrieve vehicles, assist with bell services, open doors.
  • Assist guests with directions, reservations, and deliver messages or amenities.
  • Explain parking procedures, issue claim checks, and handle revenue collection.
  • Perform other duties as required, totaling approximately 100% of work time.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
  • At least 1 month of related experience or training.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Skills in reading, writing, basic math, and effective communication.
  • Ability to operate manual transmission and perform parallel parking is desirable.

Physical and Working Conditions

Regularly required to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk, and handle objects. May need to lift up to 100 pounds. Work outdoors in various weather conditions. Travel up to 5% may be required.
