Role Description

The Valet Attendant role at SSVP is a full-time or part-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL. Valet Attendants greet guests, provide courteous assistance, and safely park and retrieve vehicles while maintaining an efficient traffic flow at the property. Daily responsibilities include managing vehicle keys, following parking procedures, and ensuring that all vehicles are handled with care. The role also involves providing clear directions, answering guest questions, assisting with loading and unloading items, and handling cash or payment transactions accurately when required. Valet Attendants are expected to maintain a professional appearance, follow safety guidelines, and support a positive, hospitality-focused environment.

• Candidates should possess skills in Valet Parking and safe vehicle handling, including driving and parking various vehicle types confidently.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests, property staff, and team members.
