Job summary

Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a Part-Time Valet to greet guests, assist with parking, and ensure prompt, courteous service on a daily basis.

You will park and retrieve guest vehicles, check for damage, secure keys, maintain a tidy work area, and uphold safety standards. A high school diploma and a clean driving record are required. Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays are expected.

• Clean driving record for 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and assists with parking.
• Parks and retrieves guest vehicles safely.
• Checks vehicles for damage and returns keys to the valet booth.
• Maintains secure keys and a clean work area.

Job description

Responsible for parking and retrieving Guests’ vehicles. Greets Guests and ensures timely service. Providing assistance to anyone requiring it while acting in a professional manner at all times.

Essential Functions

• Provides exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Greets all patrons in a positive and friendly manner.
• Maintains a working knowledge of company facilities, activities and special events on property.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Required to possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Thorough knowledge of driving/roadway laws and regulations.
• Responsible for safe parking and retrieval of Guests’ vehicles.
• Ensuring that all vehicles are checked for damage, ticketed, locked and keys returned to Valet Booth.
• Maintain security of vehicle keys in an orderly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of work and Guest area.
• Ensure the safety and security of Guests and Employees.
• Responsible for maintaining a consistent/regular attendance record.
• Count and record tips received.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for 3 years.
• Ability to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays.
