Role Description

The Valet Attendant role at VPNE is a part-time, on-site position based in Foxborough (Foxboro), MA. The Valet Attendant is responsible for greeting guests, safely driving and parking vehicles, and retrieving vehicles promptly while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Daily tasks include managing vehicle flow at designated locations, following parking procedures, and safeguarding keys and property. The role also involves handling basic cash or ticket transactions, responding to guest inquiries, and coordinating with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations. Valet Attendants are expected to uphold VPNE’s service standards, follow safety guidelines, and support a positive, inclusive work environment.

• Candidates should possess strong Valet Parking skills, including safe driving, careful vehicle handling, and adherence to parking protocols.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on hospitality, courtesy, and professional guest interaction.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and the ability to follow and relay instructions.
• Candidates should possess reliable Cash Handling skills and attention to detail when managing tickets, payments, and related documentation.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

• Previous experience in valet, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required.
