The position emphasizes safety, organization, and professional conduct during shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. The attendant will be responsible for greeting guests, managing keys and vehicles, and adhering to VPNE-approved language and policies.

Qualifications

• Entry Level position with the required 2 years of driving/valet history.
• Fully proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and pass a background/RMV check.

Position Summary

The role of the Valet Attendant is to make an exceptional impression on every guest by engaging with visitors and customers in a positive, friendly manner. You will provide the best experience possible while delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality vehicle service.

• Schedule: Saturday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM & Sunday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Experience Required: 2 years of driving or valet experience
• Skill Requirement: Must be highly proficient in driving manual transmission (stick shift) vehicles

Key Responsibilities

• Safety First: Always prioritize the safety of yourself and others. Operate all vehicles in a safe, cautious manner to completely minimize the potential for accidents.
• Guest Experience: Provide an exceptional customer experience by maintaining an enthusiastic, upbeat attitude and creating a positive environment for patrons and teammates alike.
• Asset Tracking: Carefully manage, organize, and keep track of keys and vehicles throughout the garage premises.
• Professionalism: Maintain a sharp, neatly groomed appearance at all times. Use professional communication and adhere strictly to VPNE-approved language choices.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous organization at the valet operation, perform assigned cleaning duties, smoothly facilitate shift transitions, and adhere closely to the VPNE attendance policy.

Qualifications & Core Requirements

• Experience Level: Entry Level (with the required 2 years of driving/valet history).
• Language Proficiency: Fully proficient in English (both verbal and written communication).
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Licensing & Screening: Possess a valid Driver’s License in your state of residency, a clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's insurance provider, and the ability to pass a criminal background check and RMV check.

Physical & Interpersonal Skills

• Physical capability to run, move quickly, and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to safely operate various vehicle types and pass a mandatory driving test.
