Responsibilities
- Parks guests cars upon arrival
- Retrieves guests cars upon departure
- Answers any questions upon arrival
- Provides the highest level of guest service
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of the property
- Trains new team members (Valet Attendants only)
- Other job‑related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to operate various motor vehicles
- Ability to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- Understand and comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures
- Ability to express ideas or make recommendations concerning job related issues
- Learn specific job duties and complete work assignments; maintain knowledge of basic concepts and techniques
- Ability to work and make decisions under stressful conditions
- Ability to stand for long periods of time; withstand various temperature changes; withstand high‑frequency noises, sounds, and tones
- Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in operating various motor vehicles and vehicles with a manual transmission
- Valid Michigan Driver’s license
