The Details

Hours: Part-Time, nights and weekends required

Hotel: Marriott Bellevue

Shifts: Thursday-Sunday

Pay: $18/hour + TIPS!

The Spirit of the Position:

If you love driving, meeting new people, and are energetic, we want you! We are hiring Valet Attendants to provide a professional and friendly service to our customers by parking their cars responsibly.

Role Responsibilities include:

  1. Direct traffic to ensure smooth flow of cars with a friendly attitude.
  2. Welcome guests upon arrival and departure.
  3. Greet customers by name, address their needs, and build rapport.
  4. Assist with luggage as needed.
  5. Turn off cars and manage keys safely.
  6. Provide valet tickets and explain retrieval process.
  7. Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and carefully.
  8. Work independently or as part of a team, maintaining a proactive attitude.
  9. Enhance customer experience with a smile and excellent service.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Energetic, charismatic, and helpful.
  2. Dependable and responsible.
  3. Experience in hospitality or related fields preferred.
  4. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, able to drive standard transmission.
  5. Capable of handling pressure and multitasking.
  6. Excellent communication skills in English.
  7. Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. Customer service experience essential.
  3. Parking or hospitality experience a plus but not mandatory.

Physical Demands:

  1. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  2. Lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
  3. Stand, walk, and run for long periods.
  4. Bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently.
