Job Summary

As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. You will assist arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles promptly, and extending a friendly welcome to guests.

You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, so resilience to rain, snow, heat, or cold is essential. You must enjoy physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs, running, standing long periods, and navigating stairs. Being personable and comfortable talking with guests to provide excellent service is crucial.

The Ability To Work Any Schedule

We hire part-time valets with potential for full-time supervisory roles. Schedules are during peak times to maximize tips and efficiency. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required, along with punctuality and reliability.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valet parking experience preferred
  • Manual transmission driving experience preferred
  • Proficiency in English, verbal and written
  • Exceptional guest service skills
  • Valid Driver’s License with 3+ years of driving experience
  • Ability to pass background, drug, and MVR checks
  • Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to stand long periods, run, and navigate stairs
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
