Job summary

AAA Parking is seeking Valet/Guest Service Associates to deliver aggressive hospitality to hotel guests. You will greet arriving and departing guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and open doors at prestigious hotels.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working outdoors. Flexible schedule is required, including weekends and evenings; must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests within moments.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Open doors and assist guests as they arrive and depart.
• Provide information and directions to guests.
• Secure and manage guest keys in a secure manner.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Adhere to uniform and appearance standards.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
