Job summary

H+H Group in Papillion, NE is seeking a Valet to join our Service Team at the KIA location. This full-time role provides friendly guest service on the Service Drive, greeting guests, locating appointment packets and assisting with vehicle movement.

You will help maintain the Loaner fleet, perform vehicle inspections, and coordinate daily setup for service operations. The position offers $17 per hour and standard weekday/weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely when moving in all directions.
• High energy with a positive attitude.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers.

Responsibilities

• Greet Service Guests arriving at the dealership and locate their name on the Appointment Log.
• Prepare the Service Drive for Guest arrival and coordinate vehicle movement from the previous day.
• Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet and related tasks.
• Perform a groove glove inspection of every vehicle checked in.
• Schedule: Full Time between 7am-6pm on weekdays, Saturdays 8am-1pm.

Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:

Do you enjoy driving? Do you love cars? Get PAID to DRIVE! We are looking for a Service Support Agent to assist our Service Team at our H+H KIA location! In this role you will be providing top-notch Customer Service by greeting all Guests who enter the Service Drive. (Pay $17/hour)

• Prepare the Service Drive for Guest arrival each day – moving or coordinating the moving of any vehicles left in the Service Drive from the previous day’s business.
• Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet as assigned, to include but not limited to cleaning vehicles, applying/removing decals, moving and staging vehicles.
• Greet Service Guests arriving at the Dealership. Locate Guest’s name on the Appointment Log and locate the Appointment Packet associated with that specific Guest.
• Perform a groove glove inspection of every vehicle that gets checked in.
• Pay $17/hour.
• Schedule: Full Time between the hours of 7am-6pm on weekdays, Saturdays 8am-1pm.
