The H+H Group is hiring a Service Support Agent at H+H KIA in Papillion, NE to greet guests and assist the Service Team. Pay is $17/hour and the role runs full-time across weekdays with Saturday shifts.

You'll help prep the Service Drive, manage loaner fleet logistics, and ensure smooth guest flow from parking to service check-in, delivering top-tier customer service.

Do you enjoy driving? Do you love cars? Get PAID to DRIVE! We are looking for a Service Support Agent to assist our Service Team at our H+H KIA location! In this role you will be providing top-notch Customer Service by greeting all Guests who enter the Service Drive. (Pay $17/hour)

• Prepare the Service Drive for Guest arrival each day – moving or coordinating the moving of any vehicles left in the Service Drive from the previous day’s business.
• Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet as assigned, to include but not limited to cleaning vehicles, applying/removing decals, moving and staging vehicles.
• Greet Service Guests arriving at the Dealership. Locate Guest’s name on the Appointment Log and locate the Appointment Packet associated with that specific Guest.
• Perform a groove glove inspection of every vehicle that gets checked in.
• Pay $17/hour.
• Schedule: Full Time between the hours of 7am-6pm on weekdays, Saturdays 8am-1pm.

Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:

• Operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely when moving in all directions (driving forward, backing up, and turning).
• High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
