Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living in the Los Angeles area is seeking a dedicated Valet Attendant to join our on-site team. You will park and retrieve residents' vehicles, assist with doors, and provide hospitality to residents and guests in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role runs Tuesday through Saturday with specific shifts; we value reliability, teamwork, and compassionate care for seniors. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required, along with clear English

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve customer vehicles in designated spaces while recording location and safekeeping of keys and tickets.
• Ensure safe operation of vehicles and assist with opening doors as necessary.
• Provide hospitality and customer service to residents and guests; assist with package delivery within the community.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Valet Attendant at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional hospitality and customer service to residents and guests by safely parking and retrieving their personal vehicles from our on-site parking garage. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates empathy. They excel in a fast-paced, physically active position, collaborate effectively, and embrace a growth mindset, prioritizing exceptional hospitality and helping seniors to thrive as they age.

(Full Time) Tuesday to Saturday

Tuesday – Thursday is 2:30pm-11:00pm

Friday and Saturday from 5:00am – 2:30pm

YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring safe operation of the customer’s vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and ordinances.
• Providing parking and retrieval of customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket.
• Making hospitality, customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction while assisting with opening of vehicle/building doors as necessary.
• Assist with package delivery within the community as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License with a clear driving record
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and work
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
