Job summary

Brand Enhance Hospitality seeks a courteous valet attendant to greet guests, assist with directions and luggage, and manage vehicle parking and key control for hotel guests. You will ensure accurate valet tickets with vehicle checks and handle shuttle duties as needed.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license with a clean record, the ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles, and strong organizational and communication skills. 18+ with customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet hotel guests and open car and lobby doors.
• Assist guests with directions and luggage loading/unloading.
• Complete valet ticket and conduct vehicle damage check.
• Safely park and move vehicles promptly and efficiently.
• Tag and secure keys in the key room or podium.
• Manage rental items (bikes, surfboards, etc.) with waivers.
• Drive shuttle vehicle as site requires.
• Maintain a clean work environment in drive and key areas.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all hotel guests and visitors as they enter the drive, opening car and lobby doors
• Assist all guests and visitors with property directions and unloading/reloading any luggage
• Complete the valet ticket including a comprehensive vehicle damage check
• Safely park and move vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure keys are properly tagged and secured in the key room or podium
• Manage hotel rental items (bikes, surfboards, etc.), ensuring all rented items have a corresponding waiver
• Drive shuttle vehicle based on site requirements
• Maintain a clean work environment (sweeping the drive, cleaning the key room/podium area)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Driver's License with no marks on record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles
• Superior professionalism, organization, and communication skills
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• 18 years of age or older

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, rain, etc
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 30 poundsAbility to stand, walk and run for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift
