If you're passionate about the outdoors, driven by service, and looking to be part of something exceptional, Moonlight Basin could be the place for you.

The Opportunity

Moonlight Basin is seeking a friendly and dependable Valet Attendant to provide a warm, efficient welcome for every member, owner, and guest who arrives on property. As the Valet, you'll often be the first and last impression someone has of Moonlight Basin — greeting members, parking and retrieving vehicles, handling luggage, and providing shuttle service, all in a safe and orderly manner.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in getting to know members and their families and who is committed to delivering the highest standard of service on every arrival and departure.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently, minimizing wait times for members and guests.

  • Assist with luggage handling, loading, and unloading in a careful and timely manner.

  • Provide shuttle transportation for members and guests between designated locations on property.

  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle key control and parking assignments.

  • Conduct visual inspections of vehicles at drop-off, noting any pre-existing damage.

  • Keep the valet stand, driveway, and surrounding areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Communicate professionally and courteously with members and guests, addressing questions or requests promptly.

  • Coordinate with front desk, member services, and other departments to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

  • Report any vehicle damage, mechanical issues, or safety concerns immediately to a supervisor.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Competencies
  • Exceptional guest service and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness.

  • Ability to remain calm and efficient during high-volume arrival and departure periods.

  • Trustworthy and responsible when handling members' vehicles and personal property.

  • Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred.

  • Prior experience in valet, parking, or hospitality service preferred but not required.

  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Ability to pass a criminal background screen. (Mandatory)
