The ideal candidate for this year-round position is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. They are at least 21 years old and they bring a high school diploma or GED, coupled with two years of hospitality experience, or an equivalent mix of education and training. With a strong foundation in hospitality principles and practices, they're also tech-savvy, proficient in software applications like Microsoft Office Suite, Opera PMS, and Alice. Exceptional customer service skills are a must, alongside a keen command of written English for polished emails and texts. A knack for engaging with diverse individuals, whether over the phone, via email, or in person, is essential. Familiarity with area events and club amenities is a big plus, and candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds to assist guests as needed.
