Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator for a Valencia, CA site. You will safely operate a Crown Stand-Up Reach Forklift, perform inventory counts, and support shipping and receiving in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of forklift experience, a high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Overtime may be required, with a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift and strong safety practices expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• 1–3 years experience operating Crown Stand-Up Reach Forklift in warehouse.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and operate powered pallet jacks.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and routine calculations.
• Familiarity with safety practices and good manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment for accurate shipping and receiving.
• Perform inventory counts, staging, locating, picking, and relocating products.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and maintain good documentation practices.
• Conduct critical control checks and resolve safety or quality compliance issues.
• Assist in training others and take on additional duties as needed.
