Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Ontario, CA to manage safe product movement on a busy distribution floor. You will operate a stand-up reach forklift, load/unload trailers, stage goods, and support cycle counts and stock rotation.

Applicants should have experience with stand-up reach forklifts and a preferred forklift certification. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with strong teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stand-up reach forklifts in a warehouse environment.
• Valid forklift certification preferred (training may be available).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities.
• Ability to meet KPIs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up reach forklift to place, retrieve, and stage products.
• Load and unload trailers and containers safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory accuracy via counts and FIFO stock rotation.
• Follow all equipment protocols, safety rules, and company procedures.
• Keep work area clean and organized to promote a safe environment.
• Report equipment issues or hazards to your supervisor immediately.
