Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in maintenance tasks or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolves guest problems and handles guest requests.
• Performs preventative maintenance inspections and maintains logs.
• Complete duty rounds checklists, report and correct noted problems.
• Basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Light carpentry and painting.
• Able to drive a company vehicle and follow safety procedures.
