Job summary

Ancon Services is seeking a CDL Operator to join our field team in Phoenix, AZ. You will operate vacuum trucks and related equipment, follow safety procedures, and support efficient industrial cleaning services for municipal and construction clients.

The role requires a clean MVR, a valid Class A or B license with Tanker endorsement, and the ability to work outdoors in challenging conditions. We offer paid time off, health benefits, a 401(k) match, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record with MVR in good standing.
• Team-oriented with flexible scheduling.

Ancon provides industrial cleaning and services to customers such as municipalities, power plants, mines & the construction industry. Operators that do best are those that can accept the challenge of working conditions that include being outside, at heights, in confined spaces, in heat and able to follow safe work procedures.

What Qualifications does the CDL Operator position require?

• Safe driving record and good MVR. Vacuum truck experience is a plus
• Team player with good attitude and schedule flexibility
• Preferred experience with: jetters, air movers, hydro excavation and 70 bbl
• Valid class A or B License with Tanker Endorsement
• Physically fit for physical work requirements (and Respirator Fit Test)
• Onboarding and random drug testing
• Ancon Orientation and job skills training
