Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, friendly, and personalized service to guests in the vacuum area.
• Greet guests, educate them on wash options, and drive sales of monthly packages.
• Serve as brand ambassador by anticipating needs and resolving concerns in real time.
• Support sales and relationship building during slower periods.
• Learn and operate POS and LPR systems to support sales and check-in.
• Maintain wash quality and guest satisfaction, addressing issues promptly.
• Oversee vacuum area cleanliness and property aesthetics.
• Deliver a concierge-level experience that drives loyalty and repeat visits.
