Job summary

Sanofi US seeks a Strategic Account Manager - Vaccine to lead assigned strategic customers, align cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth under a structured account plan. You will build trust-based relationships with health systems, IHNs, medical groups and state awardees, translating market insights into growth strategies while coordinating internal resources.

Travel up to 75% is required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of field sales or account management experience.
• Experience with health systems and executive engagement.
• Ability to access C-suite to D-suite decision makers.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
