Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an Associate Scientist to support vaccine programs by performing aseptic serological processing and bacterial culture growth in a compliant GLP/GMP environment. You will assist with reagent qualification, data organization, and SOP authoring, contributing to timely project milestones in Vaccines.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years in a lab, strong communication, and ability to work independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or related discipline preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable attitude for dynamic work environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic serological processing, reagent preparation, and bacterial culture growth to support high throughput clinical and nonclinical testing in Vaccines.
• Complete work in compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and GLP requirements.
• Utilize time management, organization, detail orientation, and strong interpersonal skills to support immunology and diagnostics tasks.
• Maintain detailed inventory of reagents, consumables, and components.
