Medgene Labs in Brookings, SD, is seeking a Production Associate for daily vaccine production operations. You will read SOPs, maintain compliant records, and help ensure high-quality manufacturing of veterinary vaccines under CVB guidelines, safeguarding product integrity from culture to bottling.

The role emphasizes aseptic practices, documentation, and collaboration with QA/QC teams, with a focus on safety, process improvements, and staff guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• A microbiology background is preferred.
• Aseptic Techniques and Good Laboratory Practices are required.
• Good Documentation Practices are essential for records.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand SOPs and Protocols for manufacturing vaccines.
• Maintain records detailing adherence to established policies.
• Manufacture veterinary vaccines in compliance with CVB guidelines.
• Ensure security of Master Seed, Unreleased, and Released Products.
• Assist with planning production processes and staff training.
• Ensure aseptic procedures and cleaning schedules are followed.
• Perform other work as assigned.
